Slabbed by NGC, take a stab at it.

Didn't really look too closely before I voted...AU58

I think there are just enough detracting marks in the reverse fields to keep it from a 65.

    MS64

Nice clean cheek makes it a solid MS65. I think the luster and field chatter preclude an MS66 grade.

MS-64 but depending on how clean the coin is it might squeak a MS-65

I went with 65. Looks like the luster is muted in the spots on the reverse which I think will keep the coin from 66. I have been on a overgrading streak recently though, I'll chalk that up to Christmas spirit :D.

It has to be either an MS65 or 66 and I went for the latter because I think this Morgan is worth it. Really great coin btw.

    definer definitely....! LOL

    I went for the AU58 but I think that's too high!!:foot-mouth:

I agree. That smack on the obverse just grabs your eye.

    What are you talking about?

    definer definitely....! LOL

I think the wear on the reverse on the eagle's breast knocks it down quite a bit. But I'm new to it so...! :)

I'll say MS 64. The eye appeal on the reverse is lacking, IMO. The obverse is quite nice.

If that is wear on the eagle's breast, then AU58 would be correct, but it won't go any lower than that.

I would grade it 65. I think the small hits, especially on the reverse fields keep it from grading any higher. That being said, I voted NGC gave it a 66. I don't think the small areas of friction on the cap and breast feather would keep it from going UNC, but I guess we'll find out when the grade is posted.

If you're talking about dark line above the ear and below LIBERTY, that is a toning streak.

I'll bump this one last time before I post the grade tomorrow, whenever I wake up, lol.

I think it is a very high in grade 64. It is close to 65, but there are a few distractions on the obverse. I like the toning, and think it should have been a 64+ IMHO. The AU votes clearly don't know Morgans very well.

Super clean cheek for a 64, IMHO, and overall a nice coin. Got it for high end 63 money.

Wow that is definitely clean for a 64. Great pick up.
