Any real value for 1982 & 1983 Quarters?

Have a few of both of them including a couple of the 83Ps which from just quick reading seems to be worth the most. None of them are in a remarkable shape in my opinion. So, what is the ground truth on these coins?

IMHO they are only worth a premium if they are MS65 or higher, but I am not a washington quarter collector by no means.

I don't know that circulated pieces carry any real premium. The premium associated with these has to do with the fact that the US Mint did not produce mint sets in 1982 and 1983 so there are many fewer choice and gem uncirculated coins extant than if mint sets had been produced. If the coin is an attractive mint state piece then there is some type of premium, but not everyone will pay for the coin.
