Well I'm going to send my coin into PCGS for re-submission. They said they will look at the coin to see if it's been tampered. If it has, they'll send it back. If it hasn't, they'll reholder it. It costs 5 dollars. I gave them my address so they could send me a submission form. How do I fill it out? And can I send it directly or do I need to go to a dealer? How should I ship the coin? Thanks! Also, can I track the coin to see it's progress?
