Ok, so my copy of 'Looking Through Lincoln Cents' came in today and I've been reading up and learning a lot. I'm wondering if I'm seeing a Class 7 occurrence on the 5 in the date or if my rookie eyes are fooling me yet again. There is no other signs of anything on the front or back of the coin.

One suggestion I would give is to sort the coins into piles of the certain dates that have a lot of varieties or good varieties...such as 1964, 1972, 1983, 1984, 1995 just to name a few. That way, if you come across something different, you immediately have coins from the same date to compare it to.
    Good luck!
