are smudged notes considered as errors/collectibles?

    I think that's just normal wear and tear and wouldn't be a error or have a premium.

    the one with the smudged date does not really have any wear. no folds or creases. i got them from the bank and the teller said a guy turned in $1000 worth. if notice the 2 sn they are pretty close.

    It's so minor that I wouldn't consider it an error note.
