My main question is if the diecrack will help the value or not. The die crack starts at the bottom andruns up the base of the neckline then goes up above the nine. Also I wanted a few grade opinions. The dime still has good luster, so I can't decide if it is worn or has a weak strike (or both). The coin also has some little black spots, which is a shame. Any help and opinions would be great, thanks. (I had to chop the reverse pic to upload it)
The coin appears to have light wear, but that's about all I can estimate based on the pics. As for the die crack, typically they do not add any value.
Light wear indeed, the bands on the fasces look quite good, especially those on the top and bottom, the middle band looks a bit more worn. Nice coin.
