Sorry. I don't consider it rude, but I never divulge such information. Let's just say I have a lot of money tied up in Kennedy halves! Best Regards, :hail: George
:thumb:I have seen 1975+1976-P+D Clad mint sets with the Kennedy Half only having 12 star as there should be 13. but they were still sealed in a mint set.I am almost sure its just clogged die.But none I have seen graded + Detail as Die ____?
Here's the hoard of 40%'s that I found from coin roll hunting that I used to have til I sold them last week to my LCS for $4.50 each (ASW value was $4.86 at the time)
1965 Kennedy DDR FS-802 MS64 PCGS Pop 3/0 I got this one last month but am just now getting around to posting photos of it. I think! You can see the diagnostic "notching" in the small stars on the reverse, most prominently directly under the TES. Also look at the bottom serifs of the A's in AMERICA. This is a non-SMS coin. Cherrypickers' calls it "one of the strongest doubled-stars varieties." 1965 Kennedy Half DDR FS-802 MS64 PCGS Enjoy! Best Regards, :hail: George
That's fantastic, giorgio. I can definitely see the DDR when I zoom in, but it would be nice to have a microscopic view. Congratulations on an excellent variety!
Thanks John Anthony. There are some better closeups of the stars in the Cherrypickers' Guide, fifth edition volume II, page 308. PS This is CONECA DDR-004. Best Regards, :hail: George
I haven't been keeping track of the face value searched, but it has to be over $50,000-100,000. It took me exactly a year to accumulate all those. I kind of miss them :/
Holy Moly!!! That's some obsessive, uh...I mean dedicated roll searching! Duplicate from acquisitions thread... Yeah, yeah, I know I put it in the wrong slot. Not a big deal, but I really love the DCAM on the recent silver proofs.
Yeah, that's gorgeous. Is it yours? If so, BRAVO!! Little out of my price range - I think I saw a PCGS PR67 DCAM recently for somewhere around 6K. Forget which auction site...
Yeah, it's mine, but you're off in your prices. This coin is worth a few hundred dollars. The PR69DCAM PCGS coins are bringing about $2500, a bit less than a couple of years ago. It's not an Accented Hair. Best Regards, :hail:
Ok, thanks George. Yeah, I was off. I was looking at this. $4000 BIN http://www.ebay.com/itm/1964-Silver...94?pt=Coins_US_Individual&hash=item3f1d3cb16e
