Sure looks scrubbed clean to me, and has the cleaning marks to prove it. I doubt it would grade.

 

Why ask a question to which you already know the answer? CLEAN up your act!

 

Look at the way he took the pictures. However, the coin appears to still be pretty well cleaned so I might say 10% chance that that coin would slab wo/details.

 

I pretty sure it will get in a slab, it will just be a Details slab.

 

Abrasive cleaning, so yeah, details.

 

Another melt value coin that should of been melted in 1980.

 

All can be slabbed, I think the original question needs to say "Would this grade?"

Me thinks one should buy the coin, not the slab (or if it would come back graded in a slab).

 

I would answer "likely not".

But the question I really want to ask is: "Why?"

No, and I can't believe what it brought. For $40 more I could have that year in a problem free slab.
