Modern ASEs are not the same as old commemoratives. The Red Book lists the net number distributed, which is the number minted minus the number melted.
old US commemorative sets. Just for info most of the classic commemorative's were not issued in sets but by the coin by the promoters.
The Commemorative Sets are shown at the end of the commemoratives section in the Red Book, those mintages are included in the mintages listed for the initial entry in the Red Book. edit: when you say jackie robinson, that would be a modern commemorative, not an old commemorative or classic commemorative.
This site contains comprehensive info on all US modern commemoratives, including mintage numbers: http://moderncommemoratives.com/ 1997-S Uncirculated Jackie Robinson Silver Dollar Pre-Issue Price: $30.00 Regular Price: $32.00 Final Mintage: 30,180 1997-S Proof Jackie Robinson Silver Dollar Pre-Issue Price:$33.00 Regular Price: $37.00 Final Mintage: 110,002
