Rim error or pmd on 1901 Indian head cent?

I'm wondering if the issues going on on the rim of this IH cent are from post mint damage, or if it is a legitimate error? If it's an error, about how much is worth?

I can comfortably say this is post-mint damage. I can't think of anything inside the mint that'd cause the characteristics your coin exhibits.

 

I would agree with the PMD analysis. Keep up the hunt!
