My 1st sequential notes!

Now here is where it gets odd, I noticed these two interesting smudges in the same spot on each note.



It may be hard to see, but there is a line to the right of washington going up and down, and two smaller lines to the left of washington.

Then it appears the serial number seems "double stamped"? There is dark green around some of the edges.

the smudge to the right looks like a faint O from the one where the seal is. on the serial it just looks like to much ink on the rollers when it was printed. both quite common

 

So are they spenders?

 

i would say so. they are new notes that have partial folds. no premium there
