Here is Giuseppe Garibaldi on an Italian collector coin (image: Italian Mint). On the same occasion, the 200th anniversary of his birth, San Marino issued a commemorative coin - without even mentioning his name. Apparently his headwear, I mean, his portrait, was characteristic enough.

Also, that Jamacian coin is really cool. I've never seen an alligator on a coin, but then again, there's lots of things I've never seen

 

Its a sea going crocodile JWT, even have em in the Everglades in Florida. nasty sucker,

 

Here is a sporty little number from ancient Rome.

 

They are not in the Everglades. Crocodiles live in salt and brackish waters, not fresh water. They are in the Atlantic, the Gulf and in the Intercoastal Waterway, and only in the southern half of Florida.
They are still pretty nasty creatures, though. Even more nasty than Alligators. They can grow to 20 feet in length.

Edit: You weren't wrong, Rip. They are starting to move further inland into fresh water.

 

Came across this looking at my Euro collection. It's a toss up. Does it belong here or in the ugly coin thread?
