This double die variety is unusual. Most doubled dies are the result of the hub rotating between the three blows it takes to sink the working die. This one resulted from a north - south shift. That is quite uncommon.

I owned one of these years ago. It was part of a little set I placed in a Capital Plastics holder which included the 1955 and 1972 doubled dies. I had the three coins certified and sold the 1983 when I was a dealer. I still have the other two.

Oops! On second look, I think is a regular doubled die from rotated reverse. It’s still a great find.

You are gonna have to clear up the photos.
The FS-801 that John described has a vert shift.
The DDR-002 has a CCW shift.
From the provided photos I am thinking MD or DDD. Also, the -002 has a die crack on the other side of the memorial. The small details aren't matching.

Bad die deterioration. All sorts of die artifacts all over the coin.
