Liberty fully visible. Obverse has lots of wear as does the reverse but overall the coin looks nice.

I'd say details too, environmental damage. Maybe it's the pics but I'm seeing verdigris all over that coin (the wreath, stars, and right in front of Liberty's mouth). Plus, that reverse rim took a pretty good beating.

At most F-details based off those pictures and not being able to see clearly what is in the dark recesses. Even if not details I could not go higher than F15. Just my opinion.

Why do these type of threads always remind me of the time I got pulled over for speeding and the officer says to me.. Do you have any idea how fast you were going? CMON,... if you didnt already know the answer we wouldn't be having this discussion..

Since F is the lowest available and I dont think it hits that.. I say the slab says details. Environmental Damage.

This thread is not for my benefit, but for others'. It is an opportunity to try (as best as can be done from the pics) and grade the coin and then see how their grade compares to that of the TPG.

Some people appear to find the thread entertaining. It is not like there are so many interesting threads being started and vying for forum space.

Looking at these photos and guessing grades/seeing grades are helping me, I hope! Besides, when the cop pulls me over, I never admit how fast I was going :)

The right answer is you were driving at a reasonable rate of speed given the traffic, road, and weather conditions.
