Need Picture of 2004 D Roosevelt ddo

I can't find any pictures of the 2004 D ddo roosevelt dime. I hear the doubling is in the ear, but no one seems to have pictures. I checked Ken Potter's site but I could find anything on it. Can anyone help?

The only picture I've seen is in Cherrypicker's Guide 4th ed volII - maybe you'll have to buy this book - its good on other varieties also

I think the 2004-D Roosevelt Dime has a doubled ear.
