He sold another Buffalo that he already has feedback for, so I'd say it's real. The auction has two more days to go so the price is low right now, but it will change soon enough.
the price is low?????? good lord, I would consider this a common coin, not worth that much of a premium... I guess its worth whatever the market will pay.
I find it odd that the last buffalo he sold was sold on the 19th, and he wouldn't allow paypal, however the buyer managed to get the coin by the 23........
Good point, seems there may be a bit of shillin goin on. Very rarely do I receive coins that fast with paypal, nevermind without. It may be legit though, don't want to accuse anyone without facts.
I am sure there is some fake bidding going on in that auction. There is no reason to keep bidder IDs private unless it's the same guy (his buddy) bidding up the price to trick an unifomed bidder into the "bidding war". My advice for any coin auction on ebay. If ANTHING seems a little odd or too good to be true - it is. Check everything possible before bidding (feedback, and a straigh-forward description are the biggest two)
