dansco 8113 with sharpie on the cover

    i scored a great 8113 but it has silver sharpie on the cover as if it were an auction item. the $5 i spent was well worth it with the circled 9 but would like to get it off there. any suggestions for removing silver sharpie ink from a dansco cover?
    if it begs the point, yeah i could post pics later

    maybe some kind of art eraser. besides that would be some kind of solvent but i would think that would damage it.
