One thing to keep in mind is that generic coins, which these are, can be quite a bit tougher to sell when in "off-brand" holders. This would include ANACS, ICG and SEGS. Often, they sell for a little less money.
Of the three coins you have shown closer images for, I could believe the WQ is AU55, the Merc is MS66 and the Franklin is MS64. However, I can tell nothing about the FBL status of the Franklin. Regardless, a huge percentage of the buyers out there will treat these coins as raw, or nearly raw, because of the holders.
