1994 Washinton Quarter DDR?

    Just decided to look at this one closely. A lot of the marks look like PMD but i see what could be doubling on the reverse...What do you all think?

    Almost all of it looks like MD, but there are a couple things that may be actual die doubling, but I would not dare say for sure.
