20 cent Slovenia: Two Lipica horses (in German Lippizaner; they can also be found on some Austrian schilling coins)


20 cent Germany: The quadriga at the top of the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin (the 10 and 50 ct coins have the same design)


50 cent Italy: Statue of Marcus Aurelius (Rome, Piazza del Campidoglio)

That is a cool coin. You can only make that coin better by perhaps adding a beautiful equestrian.

I was intrigued by the title of this thread because upstairs in our hutch my wife has one of these Jim Beam bottles and the name of this decanter is called "For The Love Of A Horse". Ironic, eh?
