Has anyone pulled a post 1964 silver proof quarter or silver dime through their change or roll searching? I have yet to do this, but it has to happen once in a while.

A few years ago I pulled a lightly circulated 1970-S proof 40% Kennedy half from a slot machine in Las Vegas. Some collector musta busted up a proof set to go gambling. Not me!

Silver 1776-1976-S quarter found in change about 10 years ago. Unfortunately, not a proof.

Sounds about right when you see a proof in circulation :).

I regularly turn in 68 to date proof and uncirculated set coins after breaking up sets since its much simpler to get face value for them than to try and sell them.
