Hi. Wanted to know if anyone can tell me if this coin is an error? To me all the features on the reverse look fatter than a normal dime. I have done research on the internet but could not find a 1998-P dime with these features. The areas I have circled I have questions about but want to know if the whole reverse has the same problems. Also the flame looks like it is close and maybe even possibly touching the "S". The flame next to that one looks to have a split in it. Any and all help would be appreciated! Here are pics.
