    Not unless you want it certified genuine or plan on selling it.

    If genuine (not sure about it based on pictures) it is no grade--whizzed. fine details.

    Actually I am going to put it in my Dansco Album, along with my 1932-S. These two coins look pretty shabby against all the other UN coins in the album, but they fill the holes.

    It might look shabby, but the 1932D really start getting expensive in the upper grades.

    You sure have got that right lonegun, I bought it to help complete my Washington Quarter collection, but it does look shabby against the other uncirculated coins. This was the best I could afford at the moment, just hope I can upgrade in the future, however, I don't expect the 32-D to get much cheaper.

    Hey, you filled the hole and that is a great step. Now, just take your time to find the right one that will really complete the set.
