I looked at the link you posted, and then looked at other items for sale. A good portion of what this seller has posted is Artificially Toned (AT), and all of it is way overpriced.
Can be reported as any coin offered over $2500.00 must be certified. Seems to of left the house already.....:devil:

Oh, he is still around (here), but under a different user name, or was at least as of a few weeks or so ago. Between this and my own experience, nothing seems to have changed.
