1941 ddo?

    the 4 has a lot of extra metal - doesnt look like machine doubling...

    Picture is too unclear to see if there is notching on the 4, looks like it could be a die scratch

    NorthKorea Dealer Member is a made up title...

    DDO for 1941 Washington Quarter should be on the motto, right? Check the motto to verify. Also, consider investing in a better magnifier; lots of chromatic aberration there.
