1998-D quarter Error OC

What's the grade? Worth anything? Got it out of circulation few months back.

What kind of error are you thinking of. If you are referring to the bag marks on throat, no error.

 

Look again. It's struck about 10% off center.

 

Aaaaaaaah, I thought it was in an oversized air-tite. Now it goes from mundane to cool.

Sweet find! Looks MS to me. Should bring a few bucks easily at auction, but I'm not sure if its worth getting graded and slabbed.

Nice change find! These usually go for 15 to 20 bucks or so on the 'bay. Certainly worth more than what you paid for it.:thumb:

 

I have a 1998 d quarter the s&t in trust couldn't see them. so it reads in god we tru.the coin looks very strange flattened &wavey sort of coins surface.on reversed side on the left wing of eagle has a round indent &more .does anyone know about the coin.?please let me know.

 

P.s. I allsi have a 1985p quarter the word in is missing in .in god we trust.what's its worth .does anyone have an idea.

 

And a 1958 d Nicole large star.& a 1968s nickle in perfect condition.a 1970s penny,1964d penny.like new.a 1990 penny like two tone copper color.&a 1776-1976 bicentennial quarter.if anyone can tell me any info on these coins .I'd thank you for it.chuck.

 

It is nice to see a real error on here for a change. Nice find! You should now put together a set of Washington quarters around this find.
