Found this one crh. To me the toning appears to be natural, but I feel like it's too nice to be natural and might not be.
    What are your thoughts?

Looks like natural effects of the environment. Not unusual for copper coins.

Is there any value to it over the 1c?

NT and i don't think there is a big premium for this coin. it would be considered a newer coin. there are tons of them out there.

NT, and you get toning like that on zinc coins all the time in change.

I've got cents like that. They resided in the old manila envelope flips we used to use years ago. They must o' been cooking in there for 40 years before I transferred 'em to 2X2's.
