Don't we think that spot might make it ungradable? A genuine slab?

I would grade it RUN AWAY! I can tell from the logo and the juiced picture it is from a great southern coin auction on Ebay. I have been fooled by their juiced pictures before but I can assure you if it is not in a slab it is a cleaned/dipped/problem coin, ie. the huge spot on the reverse...

On the other hand they have a no questions asked return policy... mostly because they sell crap coins with juiced pictures.

I agree 100%. GS takes great pictures but their coins don't cut it. I will never buy from then again.

Yup, same thing here. Bought a BU 1926 Lincoln that according to them was RED. The coin showed up and while it wasn't a RB just yet it wasn't the Red BU that appeared in the picture. I even inspected the coin with the pictures on eBay to see if they were the same, they were. Good lighting i guess? Lesson learned.
