2004 Florida silver proof error?

    Hello I'm new to the forum and need advice as to what this error is called and if anyone knows it's worth. Looking at this florida quarter I noticed that in liberty the t and y are not struck all the way and the g in God and t-in Trust.Could this coin be struck with rotation? Any comments would be appreciated.

    It appears that the coin has what is known as strike or mechanical doubling. It adds no value.
