I'm guessing you found this dime and the pail of gold (http://www.cointalk.com/t216548/0) under your bridge?
I'm confused. Was this in the pail of gold coins? Or did you trade one or more gold coins to get this rarity? You know what else is fun? Call a phone number at random and ask them if their fridge is running. When they say yes, tell them they better go get it because you just saw it running down the street! Get it? Nudge-Nudge, Har-Har-Har!
And this looks like the source for OP's outstanding image editing job: http://cointrackers.com/coins/836/2004-p-roosevelt-dime/ The tiny white dots match, about 99.999% its this image that got shopped.
Not as good as the OPs 'shop, but I managed to do this in 2 minutes without the use of photoshop. It's pretty obvious that the OP is messing with us for whatever reason.
Since this thread doesn't seem to deserve anything much more sophisticated than image-macro humor: What a loser.
