It most likely is a problem coin as mentioned in the other thread, and also the only large scale sells of these occur on ebay, so their advanced search of this variety could be checked and then factor in the problem. If you are intent on selling a variety that is in this condition , Ebay auction or on the Indian cent or variety forums or here is the best bet IMO. It is a nice visible variety and little wear, and popular for IHC collectors so it should get good notice.
