2010 yellowstone error

This is the other coin I sent off to John W look at the date and below all the letters thanks for looking and your input sorry for the shottie photos my camera is about to die

is it just me or does anyone see a stacked doubling on the letters what I see with the loop is the same letters but the smaller I call it stacked letter and there the same hieght if anyone know the correct term for this pls let me know thanks
