Went to the Philadelphia Mint & looked at Ben Franklins grave today

The is still not doing any tours, that area still being remodeled. That was nice as there were no long lines waiting to get in. The gift shop is open and you can still get the latest ATB quartes and other products. I did some Acadia & Native American (Sac)

If you do go down after your visit go to 5Th & South Sts "Johnny Rocket" it's a fun place for lunch Plus the food is Great

I live a few blocks away from the Philadelphia Mint andstopped there a few days ago to check out the newly renovated Gift Shop. Thenew setup is a very nice upgrade. I washoping that they would have expanded their inventory a bit, but they still havea similar merchandise selection. They stockmint sets and commemorative coins going back to about 2010. The new mint tour is scheduled to reopenaround the first week of July.

 

I should go check the mint out.
