I'm trying to finish up some wheat sets for my 2 boys but I am coming up short on some dates. I thought I had it covered with the jars i have full of em, but it's not going to happen. So, I am wondering if anyone can recomend a place to buy the missing dates from? Any suggestions will be much appreciated!!
Completing a wheat cent collection is more difficult than most people realize. I suggest first trying a local dealer or coin show.
I used Harlan J Berk and VTcoin to get some low grade coins to complete my set. I did use the local dealer to get a few coins. Most of mine came from circulation - a few were not problem free and I have been updating some of those.
