Various Coins Rim/Edge defect

    Hello.
    I have found multiple coins that have a rim defect where it appears the die moved slightly, I dont rightly know the cause but maybe some of you do? Every occurrence happens on the left side. Im guessing its just a common die error if an error at all, whatcha think?

    looks like no one else is interested in this so I will try to explain what you have. these are considered to be normal , what causes this is the die was ever so slightly misaligned and not misaligned enough to add any value to the coins. hang in there and before long you can learn fast on the internet.

    I figured they were common, i see a handfull every day at work, just wasnt sure what exactly was the cause, Thanks alot Rascal.
