The edge is not layered, similar to a silver dime. There is also something odd on the back. Seems like its in very good condition otherwise... Anyone seen or heard of anything like this thing?
Someone soldered a pin of some sort on it and electroplated it to serve as a piece of jewelry or a button of some kind. Lots of those get posted here.
