Morris try not to magnify the coin too much before taking the picture. It adds too many Pixels to the photo making the picture blurry.

 

Possibly a "Die chip"???

Could be a well placed plating blister also.

Plating bubble that's about to burst. Compare it to known varieties and you see it's not even close.
