I'd guess VF 30. The obverse looks better than that, but there is alot of wear on the eagle.

I am going with 35.

 

I am also thinking XF.

By the way, this is a good example of where wear starts to occur on these coins and how it spreads.

I'm gonna say 35. I think there's supposed to be a full line under the LIBERTY on the forehead for it to be 40.

 

Put me down in the VF35 crowd. . I could see it in a 40 holder though. Nice coin
