Thoughts on the condition of this one? I can make out the position of all letters of LIBERTY, but obviously can't clearly make out all the letters themselves. This coin does indeed have dies that are rotated 110 degrees clockwise. A very rare date for rotated dies (not even listed on the rotated die census!). But now, I'm on the fence about two grades and wanted all of your opinions.

I would call it a VG. Nice coin.

vg-8 you need at least 3 full letters on band for fine. but still a very nice penny :D

I know it is just shy of Fine, but I was thinking VG10 instead of a straight VG8. Either way, I think it is a nice example.

I'd have gone 10 if the cent did not exhibit weakness at top right.

Interestingly, the weakness near 'OF' on the obverse is directly opposite the area of the reverse that is also weak.

    I would give it a VG-8 but it is a nice VG-8; thus I will go VG-8+
