I got lucky! Went to my local dealer on day and some lady just sold him a bag of errors she found while working as a bank teller for 20+ years. I made him an offer on the whole bag of like 25 coins and he took it. One of my fav error coins because it's so far off center, yet it shows the date and part of Lincolns face.....not to mention it's a high grade coin.
Today's offerings are a NGC MS68RD 1990 obv and rev and a NGC MS69RD 1990D obv and rev. Currently NGC grades only 4 in MS69RD
The 1990P is not graded PL? The D is beautiful, it doesn't look to have full steps though and some weakness in STATES OF.
It's pretty funny, I stumped a LOT of people when I asked this question and that includes some VERY well respected experts who have written books on Lincolns.
