    I got lucky! Went to my local dealer on day and some lady just sold him a bag of errors she found while working as a bank teller for 20+ years. I made him an offer on the whole bag of like 25 coins and he took it. :)

    One of my fav error coins because it's so far off center, yet it shows the date and part of Lincolns face.....not to mention it's a high grade coin.

    Today's offerings are a NGC MS68RD 1990 obv and rev and a NGC MS69RD 1990D obv and rev. Currently NGC grades only 4 in MS69RD

    The 1990P is not graded PL? The D is beautiful, it doesn't look to have full steps though and some weakness in STATES OF.

    It's pretty funny, I stumped a LOT of people when I asked this question and that includes some VERY well respected experts who have written books on Lincolns.
