Proof of the win

 

Well, you're not supposed to handle the proof...

 

Just a couple of quick shots of my only foreign proof set. I was at a coin show a few years ago and this dealer had a box of these sets. They were only $7 each so I grabbed this set. The coins are absolutely gorgeous and the plexiglass packaging is rough and tumble. I think you'd need a bandsaw to open it.

 

I posted this on another thread recently, but it is my only non U.S. Proof so.....

 

I picked this out out of a dealers "junk" bin a few years ago. Paid $15 for it. Unable to find any mintage information.

I like bears on coins.

 

I had to scan this Austrian 5 Schillling since my camera is on the fritz.
Scans and proofs don't mix well.
