1863 Portsmouth Ohio $5 Original Charter

    Hey gang!

    I picked this note up this past weekend. I'm having trouble finding ANY other comparable original charters from any bank in Ohio and definitely none from Portsmouth.

    That's a great looking note. Portsmouth has seen better days. When your note was new was when Portsmouth was in its heyday. Congrats on the pickup!
