Came across this penny in a bag of old coins. Trying to figure out if it has any kind of value to it. I've been told it is toning and common, but the metal mixture looks off. Rather than toning, it looks like there is copper swirled within. I don't really know anything about coins, hence the reason I am here Any info would be greatly appreciated.
