The lady with the cheeks was added some time after the coin was struck. Just found it humorous and wanted to share.

Great coin! Looks like it might set someone a little behind if they want it If it wasn't BIN I would have took a crack at it. Imagine a US coin like this... People would butt heads over this design for sure!

That's an interesting coin Numismat. It's not a counterstamp, but not sure exactly what to call it. Maybe an "add-on" coin.

No butts about it, that's a nice reverse.

 

That makes sense to call it an add-on coin. I guess it would go in the same category as those "pop-out" coins. Not sure if there is a strictly defined terminology for either.

 

Why haven't there been more cracks made about this coin?

 

A pop-out coin is really a counterstamp, but I don't know what exactly to call this one Numismat. It looks like the design was made elsewhere and attached to the coin with glue or solder or something else. Nevertheless, an interesting and unusual piece.
