Morgandude, what's the holder for that 1883NC say the grade is? It's very lustrous. :)

Finally found my 1858 Small Letter Flying Eagle in MS 64. A little chatter under the eagle, but thats only what limits this coins grade to 64. This coins reverse agricultural wreath is a "must see" in mint state and this coin shows really nice strike detail for the issue. I have tracked this coins prices at auction and dealers stock for several years and was overjoyed to find this coin at a local coin show last month and buy it at 20% back of the national average. Regardless of price, It rounds out my Flying Eagle series in 64 (except the 56 of coarse, which will probably never happen) and that pleases me.

I just got a TrueView photo of my 1882-O Morgan Dollar back from PCGS today; and I reformatted the image into a vertical format to better fit the CT max allowed photo dimensions. This MS63 Morgan is in a PCGS Old Green Holder; and the coin was not cracked out, so the photo below was taken through the slab. They really did a great job. The color on this Morgan has unusually smooth transitions and is about as striking as you'll ever see.

Needed this one to keep up the 'modern commem' collection. Time was I'd get a proof and uncirculated when the mint offered these types of coins. Seems I can only rationalize one example these days. Cost is becoming prohibitive.........

A couple quick close up shots of the Rainbow PCGS MS66 1958 D Roosie that just came in the mail. And no, there was no juicing of the photos other than to sharpen/darken it!

    Just back from PCGS today...

The grade assigned is conservative, IMHO, but whatever... I'm just happy it didn't get BB'd!

EDIT: Just entered the cert into the PCGS database to find it was imaged for CoinFacts! The photos are the best, but hey, they're free! :)

I really liked the frosted look of Columbus on this one, it really stood out.

The TPGs will do anything they can to get a coin in a holder. It was probably net graded, hence the lower grade.

[TD="colspan: 2"]Newp for my AU58 Type set, and it happens to be in a PCGS 2 holder, featuring the rattler slab inside a seperate shell, produced in OCT and NOV of 1989. The reverse really makes this coin, unfortunately the slab has a decent scratch though.
    Enjoy:
