71 D Kennedy album. There are 5 different Pre cuds for 71D all having to do with the same area of the die. The weakness was the in the area of the T and Y of Liberty. This one I found today is PC-50c-1971D-01 http://cuds-on-coins.com/retained-cud-on-kennedy-half-dollar-1964-present/ Below is from a Kennedy I found in 2016. This one isn't attributed yet.
