1963 d lincoln cent and 1984 p roosevelt dime no reeded edge missing features

Any advice on these 2 coins?

I believe these are dryer coins. Pmd . still peculiar to see though.

could you please explain how the penny could be a dryer coin. unlike the dime there is that center high point. i would figure it would be even across from the friction? could you please explain? how could the dryer leave no sign of reeded edge? always looking to learn

 

again i would like to know how it could be wear on the penny. that center high point? on the dime how could an 84 bo so worn that that the reeded edge is completely missing? again...always looking to learn
