Do. I win a car, or this http://www.ebay.com/itm/1969-UNC-CA...0104499?pt=US_World_Coins&hash=item3a7a4f0e33
The coin, with those scratches near the edge, for all practical purposes, should have graded Genuine 95 but since it received a PR66DCAM, I strongly suspect some "accident" during the slabbing phase.
I submitted these raw. BTW, the subject of this post is my Nightcrawler and as such, is extremely difficult to replace. http://forum2.ikegroup.info/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=1080&p=4016&hilit=nightcrawler#p4016
I would hope that the submitter contacted Management about it. That is a gross mistake anyway you look at it. Edit to add wonder if someone wiped off a fingerprint?
Wow unbelievable..... I agree that coin with those scratches would have graded damaged. Some dough head at PCGS totally scratched your coin and was like ohhhh no what do i do now, ill just grade it a 66 and the owner will never know!
