is there anything like a sister site to coppercoins?

    what i would like is a site like coppercoins that has pictures of errors that i can use as a reference for nickles dimes etc. ty

    Thanks for that link.
    There is a good piece of info right out of the box. A famous coin here on CT is listed there with a value of only $750.00 in unc. That's gotta be a painful kick to the old apples.

    That depends on who you ask.

    There has been an argument about what a variety is and what an error is for as long as the words have been used in regard to coins.

    It would be nice if numismatists could agree.

    I figured if the Mint intended the coin to go out, it was a variety, and if it did not intend the coin to go out, it was an error.

    Well that is exactly the problem. Everybody has their own definition.
